Savner en oppsummering av alle resultatene i tabellform. Det var litt kav å måtte scrolle i evigheter, og verre blir det nok når dere adder flere og flere øl til lista.
Hi, your site looks very similar to what I have set up last year: www.lowgluten.org.
I assume you had the same reasons to test beer on the level of gluten and I am really happy that I am not alone anymore testing our favourite beers. I am diagnosed with CD but I can handle low levels of gluten and as a beer lover I prefer regular beer with low gluten instead of over-priced GF labelled beers which doesn't even taste like beer.
You are using EZ Gluten which is hard to get in Europe as shipping is just too expensive from the US. I am using Imutest and GlutenTox which is easy to get in Europe. It would be exciting to consolidate your and my test results. You tested a number of beers which I tested as well and so we can compare the results. Could you please contact me over my website or directly via email to steffen@lowgluten.org.
Thank you so much, I thought I couldn't have a good beer anymore.. Hard Cider is ok but missed my favorite beer.. Thanks to you I see its ok to have.. one I would like to see is Busch light...
Give Ground Breaker IPA No. 5 a try. Ground Breaker Brewery is 100% gluten free, located in Portland, Oregon. I live in the Seattle area and have found it at Thriftway, Total Wine and More, and Whole Paychecks (Whole Foods).
Nice job! Keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing the PBR results.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your positive feedback! Please stay tuned for PBR.
ReplyDeleteIs Red Stripe being tested yet? this one really interests me.
